I agreed to a trial of Ivory Brites paying only for S&H. I received a
package in the mail, assuming it was my free trial. I later found out
they had taken close to 100 dollars out of my account. I cancelled any order, which I did not make in the first place.

Next month, I receive another package, with another $88 dollars
deducted from my account. I tried to cancel and it's funny there is only way to cancel, online. I can't talk to anybody to cancel an order that I supposedly made?

I also have my bank looking into their fraudulent scheme. They are literally stealing almost 100 dollars a month!!!

DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS AD SAYS!!!

I was sent a free trial of Ivory Brites with a slip that stated that I agreed to have it sent every two weeks at a discounted price. I did not agree to continue and called to have it cancelled immediately and another pack was sent and I was charged a high price for the product, which I would have never agreed to. I can get this done in my dentist's office for less. What a scam. I am sending both my trial and second delivery back, however, I am having a hard time finding an address to send it to.
I am very disappointed that a company would take advantage of people with a free trial like this.

CHARGING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ME CONSENT

When I ordered the trial package I expressed that I did not want to receive ANYTHING except the trial.
This has happened to me too many times.
I found charges on my bank statement that I DID NOT authorize.
PLEASE reemburse my account of all charges except the trial package that I actually ordered.

FYI...
Keep calling the credit card company, everytime you dispute this purchase by law, the card company cannot charge the account, so deduct the charge when paying your bill and Ivory Brites has to pay the credit card company back plus a FINE!
Ivory Brites will try this 2-3 times but will eventually stop when they realize you will continue to dispute
the charges.
