Refund
I ordered what I thought was a free sample of Ivory Brites,
then when I got my credit card statement there is another
charge of $9.99 which I did not sign up for. Please refund
the amount of 9.99 to my credit card. I have no idea what
the Axis Wellness Portal is nor do I want it!!!

This is ridiculous
My story is the same as the rest of you. This is such a scam. I'm so angry I can't think straight. I'm chronically ill and still being charged. I need that money NOW.
There's has to be something we can do about this. What can we do to stop them so no one else gets sucked in and for all of us to get our money back?
Can we take them to court? Better business bureau? There has to be something. Any ideas please comment

unauthorized charges
How can I cancell this scam? I tried their customer support and phone and have had no luck cancelling and stopping unauthorized charges of 88.24 per month from my account . Is there any help out there??

cancled order never got refund then received more of the product
I ordered the trial offer, but could not use the product. I have called, thought I cancled my order but the product came again. Now since my account didn't get cancled they charged me for two products. What do you have to do to cancle this product. I would like to return the product and get a refund. I hope you cantact me so I can do so.

i ordered ivory brites on jun 2nd 2009 and was suppose to be charged 1.99 but was charged twice, and here it is jun 21st and still have not recieved the product i want to cancel the product but cant get in contact with the company i will report my credit card stolen so all charges will be stopped

cancelled order over pone
cancelled product on phone and 38 days later was sent another sample for 88.97 charged to my account. Called them again they have no record of first cancellation, but will cancell
it now but not sure how to refund.

Unauthorized Charges
I never authorized any charges to my credit card and am asking for them to be removed. I purchased a free trial offer and was then charged $88.97. This was NEVER authorized. If this is not credited I will further pursue this with my credit card company.

Money charged to bank account with authorization
Ordered the sample off line and paid for it. $88.97 and $9.99 was removed from my bank account without my authorization. I talked to Bill Thomas at 1-888-279-0604 today at 4:30 pm and he told me to contact the above website and I would receive all of my money back.
I contacted the above website. I could not find any place on the website to make my request.
Mail my check for the above amount of $98.96 to
