Did want the full version of product thay billed credit card any way
called to cancel it asking for full refund $88.97

I have not had the chance to use the free trail because I just got it last week. I recieved another in the mail today and the letter informed me I was charged $88.97. I was unaware that I was going to be charged this without my knowledge. I called to canceal and I am writing for a refund of $88.97 to my card and please let me know where to mail back your product. Thank you!

I read of a woman in Port Arthur who used the Ivory Brites with good result and apply for the free trial. I was not told of an auto mated charge on my credit card, I didn't receive a second shipment as yet but is billed for it. I do not want this product and want my money back.

I ordered a free trial offer of $4.99 and 6.99 respectively from these two companies (the charges alleged to be for shipping and handeling). I ordered the trial to see if it would really work before ordering more product. Imagine my surprise when I received my credit card statement which showed additional charges of $88.97 from IVORYBRITES WHITENING AND $78.23 from EASYWHITE. These are fraudullent charges because I have not received any product from these companys other than what was supposed to be the "free trial". My account was charged immediately for the product which I did not receive until past the 15 day trial period in which you were supposed to be able to try the product and cancel. So effectively, there was no free trial perion the the whole operation is a scam. I want my account credited for the unauthorized charges and be advised I am reporting the scam to my State Attorney's office of consumer protection.

Unauthorized charge of 88.97 to my credit card. My credit card company called me to see if I was aware of the charge and if I was comfortable with it. No I am not! I was told by my credit card company that the charge was a preauthorization and the 88.97 was not charged to my card yet. I called Ivory Brites right away and was told the charge would be removed from my card and the subscription would be cancelled. I still received a shipment with a light enclosed. I called the company again and was told I had to e-mail them to find out how to return the product and to request the 88.97 be removed from my credit card. I only wanted the sample I orderd and paid for. I am still waiting for a response from Ivory Brites.
