did not authorize
I requested a free trial on the internet for Ivory brites was just supposed to pay for shipping only and that was all i authorized on my credit card. I was not told any thing about the 15 day period then you would be billed this is very fradulant and should not be allowed! These people should not be allowed to scam people this way. I want my 88.97 back on my card.

Fraudulent charge of $88.97
I ordered a "free" trial of Ivory Brites for $4.99. Then a charge of $88.97 appeared on my credit card. I called Ivory Brites and was told the charge was for a 2nd product (which I had neither ordered nor did I ever receive) and, in order to receive a refund, I would need to request an RMA number via the internet and return the product. I requested said RMA number 5 different times and have never received one. What a scam! I intend to report this as a fraudulent charge and, hopefully, will not have to pay it. It's appalling to see the number of similar type complaints against this company. Will something be done about their tactics?

unauthorized billing
the paper work stated that upon the bill being sent to me i would have the option of continuing or discontinuing your product. I never recieved a bill. this company took money from my account and I demand a refund of that money. I will await my money returned promptly thank you.

unauthorized charges
I have a charge of $88.97 on my credit card that was never authorized. I ordered the FREE trial for $3.99 a long time ago and have not even received that! This company is a ripoff, they are scamming people everywhere!

I need the money real bad I am disabled, my hubby is dying and my mom just had to move in she has Alzheimer
My oldest son is in prison
The only good thing in my life is my youngest son who is in college
I am not gonna be able to pay my bills.

Overcharged
I can't believe this!!! I wish I had known about all these complaints before I ordered this product!!! Now I have to fight to get my money back, I can't believe this!!! I am very angry!!! I too had to deal with rude call center reps, and being told I can't speak to anyone in regards to this situation! This is crazy!!! And the product doesn't even work!!!

Reply to "Risk FREE" on-line ad, gave my debit card # for a 1/time charge of shipping & handling for $4.99. Now Ivory Brites has charged an addition $78.93 unauthorized, desputing these charges with my bank.

There 14 day free trail isn't free, they charge your card $88.97 for this whiting garbage. When you call them they say you have to email them, then they don't answer your emails.

Inability to cancel
I ordered a trial to see if would really work. Then I had a charge of 88.00 taken out of my checking account. This is a fraudulent charge because I have not received any more product from this company. I want my money reimbursed. If I have to go to the Better Business Bureau then I will. I will also go to my bank and see about pressing charges for fraudulent charges being stolen out of my account. I did not authorize any other money to be withdrawn. Someone needs to get hold of this company and put a stop to this.
