Over Charges on Credit Card
DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL BECAUSE YOU'LL BE CHARGE THE SHIPPING AND THEREAFTER TWO AMOUNT OF ALMOST 100.00. THIS COMPANY CLAIMS TO HAVE A ORDER FORM AND THEN ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER THEY STATE YOU MUST CLICK ON THE LINK THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE MEMBERSHIP. THIS IS A SCAM AND WHEN YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM THEY STATE IF YOU WANT A REFUND TO EMAIL THEM. WELL ONCE YOU DO THIS THEY SEND BACK AN EMAIL STATING NOT TO DISPUTE IT WITH YOU CREDIT CARD AND THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY. TRY TO DEAL WITH THEM IF THEY DO NOT REFUND THE MONEY FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR BANK CARD AND REPORT IT AS FRAUD BECAUSE BASSICALY YOU DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. THEY ARE SCAMMING THE INDIVIDUAL CHARGE THE SMALL AMOUNT FIRST AND SHIP OUT THE THE TRIAL BUT THERE AFTER THEY SHIP NOTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOUR REFUND IS NOT GIVEN FILE A FRAUD CLAIM WITH YOUR BANK CARD AND THEY WILL PLACE A CHARGE BACK. THEY CANNOT FLIGHT SOMETHING LIKE THIS COMMITTING FRAUD. THEY WILL SHUT DOWN THE MERCHANT ACCOUNT FOR FRAUD.

Scam
I ordered this product understanding that I had 15 days to cancel, If I didn't want to continue with the product. I ordered on May 14, 2009 and cancelled both by phone and email on May 28th. On May 29, 2009 they charged my credit card $88.97. I contacted the Company by phone and was told I needed to email the billing department. I emailed and didn't hear anything back so the next day I called again, I was told there was nothing they could do that I would have to send another email. I made several more calls and sent several emails all shownig that I did cancel within their terms. They keep responding with that it was not within their terms so they must not be able to count. I have given up on them doing anything about this and have filed a dispute with the bank. This Company needs to be shut down this Company is nothing but a scam.

WOW that was fast! I posted a comment earlier today about disputing unauthorized charges from Ivory Brites, Max White and Celebrity Smile. I talked to my bank and told them I did NOT authorize those transactions and they already put the money back into my account and are disputing with the SCAM ARTISTS themselves so I don't even have to deal with them anymore. They also blocked them from being able to charge my card anymore. HALLELUAH!!! Suckers lets see how they like that!

FRAUD SCAM
I ordered the free 14 day trial and was charged the 4.99 fee plus 1.00 insurance. I was in the hospital and when I got home the package was in my mail box. I called before the 14 days and was told that my order was cancelled and I would NOT be charged at all. I was charged 88.00 TWO times because I ordered 2 trials. one for me and one for my husband. I emailed the company for a refund and they told me that I violated the contract and I would not be getting a refund. I did NOT authorize those charges and this is FRAUD big time. This company has to be STOPPED. I googled this company just now and am shocked at how many people have been scammed by Ivory Brites. Anyhow, I was NEVER told that I needed a RMA number or whatever it is, but was told that my account was indeed cancelled. The product burned our gums and it was horrible. How can these people just steal money like they do and not care one bit. How is this LEGAL?? I want a refund asap.

Rip OFF/Please Bewar
I ordered the 15 day trial supply of this product for $4.99 plus $1.00 shipping insurance charge. My account was charged immediately for this amount. I did not receive this product until today which evidently is passed the 15 days I got to try the product. The 15 days begins the day that you order the product and does not matter how long it takes to get it. I called after using the product to cancel it because it my case it did not offer the whitening that is promised to my teeth. I was told by that it was to late for me to stop the payments that would come out each month from my account for about $80.00. I asked to speak to a supervisor about this matter and was told that he was the supervisor (HA) and that I should have read the material more closely. Whatever you do...do not order anything from this company. It is the biggest scam...I'm so sick to my stomach about this. If anyone know what I might be able to do to stop this charges please help!

Scam
I bought just a sample for $4.99 and did not see anything about canceling monthly order. I have been charged 88.98 twice to my credit card and both times when I called I just got music> I was on the phone for 30 min with no reply. I did not authorize any charges to my account except 4>99

Fraudulent charges fro unordered product
I ordered a free sample of Ivory Brites tooth whitening product. I was to be charged $4.99 for shipping and handling only. Now I am getting unauthorized charges on my credit card from them for product I did not order and do not want. When I try to contact them at the number listed, all I get is music playing.

Free trial... Before I even had chance to try product I see my checking in the hole because someone took money I had no clue they were planning to take. No one will get on the phone to discuss refund or return emails. I heard about this from web md, I thought they would not allow advertisments from such shady scammers.
