I received the "free trial" of Ivory Brites Whitening gel and within 2 weeks I was charged $88.97 for another shipment which I had not yet received. I contacted the company to cancel and was given a RMA number with which to return the product and receive full refund. My RMA number was 6164-135323899-2600. As of today (6 weeks later) I have still to receive my guaranteed refund. I returned the product unopened with the required RMA number on the package on June 1, 2009. I DID NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT AND I WAS CHARGED $9.99 in May and again in June AGAINST MY ACCOUNT. I returned the $88.97 Ivory Whitening Brites package and have not been reembursed for this.
I SPOKE TO SOMEONE AT YOUR COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THE ORDER can not be CANCELLED BUT I WOULD JUST HAVE TO CONTACT BILLING THROUGH SUPPORT/AXISWELLNESSPORTAL.COM VIA EMAIL, SO HERE IT IS .NOW PLEASE SEND ME MY MONEY!!! I am owed $108. 95.

I signed up for a free trail of ivory brites whitening and then on 6/29/09 Imy credit card was debited 88.97 I never accepted these charges. And I want my money back on my card. Also, take me off any mailing list you have.

Please refund to my credit card 88.97 that was charged to my card. I did not receive the sample I ordered and did not authorize the full charge of the whitening.

As many I have seen on this board, I have too been duped by the Ivory Brites Whitening free trial offer. I am a little confused because it seems that many people seem to think this is the customer service dept for Ivory Brites, but I think it's only a complaint board.

I have come to the conclusion that I probably won't get my money back unless I actually do get something in the mail from them and mail it back. Even then who knows. I think websites like this should be shut down. They purposely try to trick people into giving them their credit card numbers so they can continue to charge them. THey know many people don't bother reading the terms and conditions before making their purchase. So that's where they hide all of this bull crap.

I just cancelled my card, and I think that's going to be anyone's best bet. It's unfortunate that these people feel they need to try to trick people in order to make money, when all it takes is hard work and excellent customer service to run a great business and make a good living.
