Even if you follow their directions, they will make it quite difficult to get credited any money. Still waiting from LAST YEAR! They will wait you out before issuing anything even if you call, write, email, etc. THEN they have the nerve to say... "well this has been too long, so we cannot issue you a credit..." . They wait you out, so you either forget or you get a line like that. No matter what- NO CREDIT.

i orederd a product teeth whitener on line i had 7 days to cancel. it cost my acct. $1.00 before cancellation, i never received the package my mail was stolen, i reported it to the local postal office and also made a police report . i called the company spoke to a supervisor by the name of Lindsey i explain the situation to her she said theres was nothing she could do, so in return my account was charged $78.41 for the product that i never received, and 3 overdraft charges totaling $105.00 ( because i wasnt aware the com. was going to take that amount of my check acct. i had other checks out) I asked since my acct. was charged and i never received the product can she atleast remail me another sample of the product, or give me the credit to my acct, i explain to her i'm on a fixed income and her reply was NO, there's nothing she can do.I asked her the information of the CEO she said she was the highest person to talk to and the main office dont take emails! all i want is the product i payed for and didnt get or better yet atleast the $78.41 thye charged my c.c. account so my kids can eat.

I ordered the trial sample. I received it seven days later on 2/25/11. I cancelled it on 2/26/11. My account was charged 78 bucks on 2/28/11. I was told I didn't cancel within the 8 day trial. The rude CSR advised me the trial started on the day I placed the order. She told me as a courtesy they will refund me 45 bucks. These people stole money out of my account.

This is a total scam from the start. The $1.00 trial period end up costing you $78.00 charged to your credit card without authorization. Do not check the small box at the end of their offer or you will be in the same situation as i. Their trial period begins the minute you reply to the offer not the day you receive it. Therefore you have about 3 days to return it so that you will not be charged the $78.00, that you thought was $1.00. I have been trying to get back the $18.00 that they are charging me for canceling the program, according to them 1 day after the trial period ended. I received the product on 2/4/2011 and called to cancel on 2/07/2011 and I am going to be refunded $60.00 if I return their product within 15 days. You have been warned

I paid a dollar to supposedly get a "free sample" of Ivory White and I did understand that I only had a certain amount of time to cancel before I would be charged the $78.41. Being aware of this I quickly canceled four days after I received the order. I also canceled due to the fact that after my son used this product his mouth was literally covered in about 15 canker sores and was bleeding from several different areas in his mouth. So I called and canceled on 11/26/10 (AGAIN-four days after I received the product ) and I then received an email about one hour later from ivory white stating that my cancellation was accepted and that they would not charge me ANY charges whatsoever and I was dropped from their program. Two days later while doing some online banking I noticed a charge from ivory white for $78.41. I was furious! I immediately called ivory white and received a very rude operator who told me that I only had 8 days from the date I placed the order to cancel before being charged. I have filed a complaint with my bank and while Googleing this issue I came across a site that states that you have 14 days to cancel, so I once again called ivory white who in turn told me that was a completely different offer than the one I participated in . What the heck is going on here- to my knowledge there is only one ivory white offer. Please learn from my mistake and NEVER deal with ivory white. They are scam artists and this has been a huge blow to my family with Christmas right around the corner. I have two small children one of which also has a birthday on December 23rd. Thanks Ivory white. I don't understand how these ivory white employees can go home at night and even smile after they have repeatedly ripped people off all day. When you put a job before your morals there is something seriously wrong with your character. Im glad you are all located in Utah because if not believe me I would be down there everyday until I got my money that I am owed back.
