I have returned the original product and have tried to cancel the product but I keep getting charged for the service ($80.54). This comes at the most inconvenient time as it caused me to have an overdraft of $34.00 because it hit before my deposit did. What can I do? Please advise smb!

This company is a scam. I returned the products and they received the returns and some how they said my return product was damage and they have charge it to my account. I called the customer service and asked if it is damamge, please could i have the product back and i will pay the shipping just to
satisfied my curiousity. They said they cannot do that because the warehouse department was the one who said it damage. What a lot of crock. I am going to complain to BBB

I returned produce intact and unblemished. I cancelled and no further product was to be shipped and no further charges were to be incurred.

I was issued a refund for the returned product but I found a second charge from the company that was not authorized. They refused to refund the second charge stating it was "unrefundable".

I am out the product and out the money.

Absolutely a money scam. From the time a consumer attempts to order a trial sample, I submit a credit card number for the amount of $4.87. The trial offer is for 7 Days apparently from the day you receive the product. BIG MISTAKE, I ordered this free trial on February 27th, I received this trial pack and a full order together the same day on and confirmed by the local post office on March 8th. Tell me how my free trial expires before I receive the product, this was the first scam. I called after 4 days and was told by customer service that my free trial was up as of the 8th, the same day I received it in the mail. So the customer service rep states the my credit card has already been billed the $78.41 plus for a full month's program. I told here I did not order the program and she was very adamant about "well I am sorry Sir, but that is the way our program works." I asked to speak to a supervisor named Jerry. "Sir he is not here today." Will you have him call me within 24 hours? "Sir I will pass on the message. This just absolutely burns me up that consumers get treated this way and no one will stand up to these people. So between all the complaints that I see on the internet when I googled Ivory White and the many complaints lodged on this company with the Better Business Bureau, why is there no justice with SCAMS and FRAUDS such as this??? I was answering a survey on the internet, but in order to complete the questions I had to order two free offers. One of he offers was Ivory White. It was a free trial offer and you only had to pay for shipping. This is a complete lie and a scam. They charged my credit card 80.00. I returned the package in the original carton and was told I would not be given a refund because the package is damaged. This is another lie and scam. They had a representative sign the Fed-Ex slip saying the package was received in good condition. This is a ploy to charge you additional fees. The Attorney Generals Office needs to shut this place down for good. What a horrible headache this has caused me. They will continue to charge you card monthly without your authorization. Please, Please put this company out of business for good. I can not believe all the complaints.
