I said ok to what was saying 30 day trial they now saw 30 days to work we never have had 30 day trial. You had 8 days I said I just got it saturday so 2 days ago. Well you need to cancel before you get the product or right after you try it. I just got it and you overdrafted my card. I want to cancel well you had until the 14th your order was placed 6-5-10. How can I try something and see if I like it if I am to cansel before I try it, that is illegal. Sorry mam. We end up yelling I ask for a supervisor never got one but got hung up on. I call back get the run around finally a super who says 8 day and you should have called. We will charge you the fees for trial and 79.99 but you will recieve nothing else. So you get my money over draft my account for something I never got to try. I think I will call the better business beuro for you miss dealings, this sounds illeagal. Well we have paperwork to prove when we do things I also said I will shut it down my bank will fight this well we have already put it though you have no choice. So they say 1.00 to try and 6.95 to ship I see everyone is charged different amounts!!! RED FLAG!!! This is a scam I said even your book says atleast 5 days to show any improvment. No that day! You should have called and said you needed more time I said how would you know if you never get the stuff or are charged before saying . I am getting some help if the bank can let it through then dispute them. If overdrafted again they'll re-emburse in a few days. They are taking it down. All this 1.00 stuff isn't as it seems you are charged but most want it back if they don't get all that money. I got no e-mail saying it was on it's way. No e--mail saying when I would be charged. But after calling a few times to complain and cancel I got an e-mail. Saying no further charges. But the people said the 79.99 plus fees are theirs and wont change their polcy for me. They have their paper work to back them up. So no trial no time to cancel. They take you money and get more in your account. I am on social sec. What a shame. I

Yes I order a free trail of Ivory White for 1$ in the month of April later in the month of May 17, 2010 i got up getting ready to pay my bills an i see that $78.41 was took off my credit card that i was not aware of i did not give no authorization to take no money off my card so know i am asking for help to see what can be done

You guys are something else. Not only are your advertisements deceptive but I can see how easy it is to be confused on what information your complaint forms require. These forms seem to be for businesses only. Are they? Is there a separate one for individuals? At this point I am not sure what you want because of your deceptive advertisement. Like the category line. I'm not sure if you want Dental Services, under Health and Beauty or Online Scams. I have a feeling if I don't get it exactly right you will discard the whole thing. But I wont. Grant you, it was me who did not read the fine print, but if you where going to wack me for $80.00 that I could not afford, and do it on an on going basis, shouldn't I have been alerted to that fact? I did call and cancel but by the time I noticed it, it was too late to get a refund by just a few days, (how convenient for you guys). I am letting you know right now that I am going to Twit this, Facebook this, Email this and go to the better business bureau. There are lots of people, esp. young people that are susceptible to the same mistake and I for one will try to prevent it from happening to them. By the way, I wont ever use your product or products again or recommend them to anyone. Ever! Also all the other products that are on the same site. Virginia Rapone

I, too, ordered the trial product. As of 3/23/2010, $78.41 was deducted from my account. They have their product, which they say was returned late, so they are allowed to do this. Not to mention, a very rude young lady on the phone. I have now contacted the BBB in Colorado. Everyone needs to do the same!
