Unauthorized Forced Shipments
How can this happen?
How are people supposed to trust even the liget internet Companies?
I would think the honest companies would want to get rid of these scams also.

Took money out of debit
I was to get a trial of Ivory white for$1.00. I was shocked when i found out that they took out $78.00 from my checking account. I called customer service and they told me that they would cancel future shipments and, that my money would not be returned. The reason: The trial period had ended. They told me that they sent me a confirmation email saying that they were going to take this money out. I didn't get this email confirmation. Now i am out $78.00. I need help. I will never do this againd

Charged for Un-Recieved Goods
Ordered a free sample. They set up to take $75.00 a month without my knowlege. Never recieved free sample or anything else. They will not send out replacements or a refund. TRADING STANDARDS HAVE BEEN INFORMED BEWARE! BEWARE!BEWARE!

this company is advertising their product and were telling that customers needs to pay only $1 fir a trial of the product called Ivory white but they will charge the credit card for $78 which is unappropriate...thia is a fraud!

Visa card charged for a free trial
Ivory White charged me 78, 41 for a free trial... Learned my lesson. Scam Scam Scam Do not fall for this one.

well i'm not alone w/complaints re:ivory white and fraud billing! guess we consumers should read the complaint board before we but anything online. thank you complaint board for providing this forum

billing of free trial
fraud advertising of "free trial" for $1.00 10day trial. i cancelled the offer 2days after order & am told i'm being charged $19.41. where are my rights? i read the terms & fell i am within the law here. they are not and will recieve constant phone calls to follow-up on the fraud!

received the product (yes I did order it) used the product exactly as the directions described
had the trays in my mouth for less than 3 minutes (the directions say to leave the trays in 30 or more)s and my mouth was burnt from the product
my gums are white and my lips are swollen and sore. There are no warning bullentins enclosed with the product
there is only one marketing flyer that is also the directions. this product is dangerous and should be taken off the market

CHARGED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
WAS CHARGED 19.41ON MY CHILD SUPPORT ACCOUNT FOR SOME IVORY WHITE PRODUCT THAT I NEVER RECIEVED OR KNEW ABOUT. TRIED CALLING THE 1800# THAT WAS ON THE CHARGE AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. I WOULD LIKE THIS PUT BACK ON MY CHILD SUPPORT CARD. THIS IS A WAY OF SUPPORTING MY DAUGHTER AND NOW IT'S STOLEN FROM HER. THE # IS 1-800-964-4593.
