I WENT TO A WEBSITE TO TRY FREE SAMPLES AND WENT TO THIS ONE. ALL I ENTERED WAS MY NAME AND ADDRESS, AND A FEW DAYS LATER MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED 78.41, THIS WAS NOT AUTHORIZED!!! I NEVER EVEN PUT MY BANK CARD NUMBER IN!!! HOW CAN THEY DO THIS!!! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB!!! IF YOU HAVE FALLEN FOR THIS SCAM, CANCLE YOUR CARD THAT IS GETTING CHARGED ASAP

I ordered the free trial -- don't make the same mistake! Even when you call and cancel, they charge your credit card for almost $80 and continue to send packages. I've disputed the transactions with my credit card c ompany and some company working for ivory white has rebutted my dispute. If I had known ordering a free trial would result in this much of a headache, I NEVER would have done it.

On line site only stated that ivory white was a free trial offer, just pay shipping and handling which only was a dollar. Company took four dollars and some change, then company went into my account and debited over seventy dollars out of my bank account without my permission, also my bank allowed this trans action. The product was only a couple of plastic mouth guards and a couple of syringes with i don't know what was in it. Now they are asking that i send back unused product since i canceled my account and also pay all shipping and handling myself. I an asking for a refund back and all cost as soon as possible, this is my medicine money that this company took illegally.

The terms are buried in an agreement so that it looks like one is only purchasing a sample but in reality are purchasing more than $100 of product. Also, the company claims they sent emails confirming the order, but I have no record of receiving them in regular email or spam. This company may not be doing anything illegal but it is deceptive and should be put out of business.

i ordered a free trial of Ivory white and my credit card company called to see if the $78 charge was a fraud. Theyhad sent a complete set with the sample without my knowing it and I didt open it when I got it but because I haven't had a chance to use it yet I thoughtit was two pouvhes of the samples. They charged me for the complete set which I did not order and when I called to send it back the said they wouldn't take it back. THEy said it was in the ageement when I ordered the sample that I had to call to cancel the set but how was I to know that . When I opened the box there was not ANY invoice or packing slip or anything! It just contained two pouches which look like samples!! It may not be fraud but it is certainly bad and business and horrible customer relations. The girl talked to was not pleasant and just told me I should have read the agreement when I ordered the sample. What a scam!!! Don't fall for it!!!
