charges to my debit card!!!!!!!!!!
I just looked at my checking account online and realized what I thought was supposed to be $1 turned out to be $84.36. I AM VERY, VERY UPSET BY THIS, B/C I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS AT ALL. I NEED HELP!!!

Bad Business Practices
I ordered a trial of this product. After the trial, the company began sending me automatic shipments. The problem was shortly after receiving the trial I was admitted to the hospital for an extended period of time and THE BOXES ARRIVE UNMARKED. There is no company or product name on the packaging at all. My husband had set them aside and now the company won't take them back because of their strict 30 day return policy... WHICH IS NOT ON ANYTHING I'VE EVER RECEIVED FROM THEM. This company should not be allowed to operate and I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.

fraudulent use of my account
I did a survey --I was charged By Ivory white for a free TRAIL offer --I sent them an e-mail saying you are a " scam " --i did not ask to be charged for a " fee trial " that cost my credit card . They ask I CALL them --and the phone number provided was not working .
They sent the crap --I refused it --they charged my account .
its currently in dispute with PNC bank .

$78.00 bogus charge Customer Service Full Of Crap
I ordered Sample for $1.00 Then a charge of $78.41 charged on my acct. which caused 2 other over draft fees in my acct. I begged them to refund me the total as I would send back the unopened product and they refused only agreeing to credit me $45.00. That would not reverse the over draft fees only complete refund would they refused to help

Misleading $1 offer - Scam
In an effort to allow my kids to complete a survey from Wal Mart for a prize, there were directed to a site that implied they had to accpet one of the many free offers to qualify, one of them being an Ivory White offer to get a sample for $1. I reluctantly submitted the payment and then tried to follow the instructions to cancel the recurring fee and found out that in order to cancel the order, I had to pay to have the product shipped back within 10 days. Unfortunately, we were out of town and weren't able to do this so got charged an outrageous amount of money as a result.

unauthozied charges
i cancel the product and i still was charge about 78 dollars that i didnt have in my checking account. when i call they say there was nothing they could do any thing about it.

no refund
i wanted refund on product i did not want and the refused to refund my order. all i wanted was the free trial offer and they charged me $78.41 for some product i did not want

charged me even when I canceled
I ordered the free trail of Ivory White. For one thing they never mention that they are also sending you the complete kit. After receiving it and finding out I had to pay for almost $80 for the kit, I called the company. The lady gave me the option to cancel the account and keep the complete set for around $20, or to return it within a number of days and keep the free trail. I canceled it right then and she gave me a number to write on the box if I was to return. I decided to send the complete kit back and keep the free trail. I was still charged the $80 anyway! When I called she said they didn't get it back on time, which I sent it back way before the date! Since I had no receipt from the post office, I had no proof!! Even if I would have keep the product in the first place what ever happened to getting it for $20! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Unauthorized charges
On 3-29-09 we done a survey online and ivory white offered a free trial for $1.00 after putting our bank information in and clicking it did we realize it was not a $1.00 so immediately after reading this we called them and canceled the man said it had already been shipped out he put in the computer that the product is canceled while I was on the phone with him and he said to send the box back . With the Easter Holiday I am guessing Mail was slow and No one said that the box had to be back by a exact day or that I would be billed for it. The full amount for this tooth whitener was not shown until after information went in they took my money and we have called 4 times to fix this. We a family with 5 kids would not every need nor want 78$ worth of tooth whitener. Now as I type this out to you we are $91.46 under in the bank.
