Unauthorized withdrawal
These thieves have been taking money out of my bank account for three months. I signed up for the original "free sample" as part of another promotional offer, but never ordered the product. Now their "quick cancel" form does not work. Thieves! ! !

scam
i too was had by this company i was trying to order something totally different when it said that i had to complete a form for a free trial offer. i did this online. so i completed the form but then the thing that i was trying to orig order didn't go through. so why should i order this free trial offer right i don't need it.. i called the company 10 minutes after it was ordered to cancel the order and they told me that the order could not be canceled till after i recived the product. i told them that i had no used for their product and that i did not want it to cancel it. they turned atound and charged me 78.00 for it and now when i call to retun it i conviently get disconnected and get no address. i have called repeatedly and just get put on hold. when i asked to speak to a supervisor they said that she wasn't in. i'm sorry but who runs a company with out a superior around... this is bogus...

FRAUD/FREE IS A LIE
ATTENTION!!! THIS "FREE" OFFER IS A FRAUD! THE COMPANY DOES NOT TELL YOU UP FRONT THAT IF YOU OPEN UP THE "FREE" TRIAL PACKAGE OF THEIR PRODUCT YOU CAN NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHOUT BEING CHARGED $20.00 FOR THE ITEM. SO...WHERE DOES THE "FREE" COME IN?? NO WHERE, YOU PAY SHIPPING TO GET IT, CAN'T OPEN IT TO TRY THE PRODUCT BECAUSE IF YOU OPEN IT YOU ARE CHARGED THE $20.00, AND IF YOU DON'T OPEN IT & SEND IT BACK UNOPENED - YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. AS USUAL THE PUBLIC HAS TO "PAY". THIS IS NOT AN HONST COMPANY, SHAME ON THEM AND SHAME ON ME FOR BEING SO STUPID!

Item Not Ordered
I wanted to try the "trial sample" being offered so I ordered and paid the shipping. When I received the product there was also a kit that I did not order. Well I tried the sample which was the most horrible experience ever. It burned, tasted awful and nearly made me throw up. Well I followed instructions, got RMA number, mailed package and they still charged my account $78.00 for an item that I never ordered. I called to talk to a representative about the correspondence I had, I had my mail receipt where I sent the package back in. I was told there were no notes on my account only records of automated email correspondence. After getting frustrated with the RUDE representative, I asked for a supervisor who was unavailable - HA! So basically they have there product back and my money. Please do not be suckered in by this free offer. They are crooks and should be not allowed to be in business...

Unauthorized billings
'Get An Ivory White Smile Today Only: $1.00 for S&H!' That's what pulled me into to this sleazy company. Days later I received my 'FREE TRIAL' along with a full tooth whitening system that I DID NOT ORDER. I called the company and told them that I did NOT order this. They said to call by the 15th of January. She didn't say why. So I mailed the Tooth Whitening System back to them a few days after I received it. I thought that that would be the end of it. Mailing the package cost about $6.00.

Today, the 19th, I was looking at my Checking Acct. and saw a charge of $78.41! So I called the company again asking them what this was all about. Even though I sent the tooth whitening system back to them, they said that there was nothing that I could do because I didn't call them by the 15th and get an RA#. They did however say they could mail the product back to me!

First of all, I did NOT ask for a full tooth whitening system. I paid $1.00 for the 'FREE TRIAL' and nothing else. Second, I had to PAY to mail their product BACK to them, the product that I did NOT ask for. And third, the customer service rep. I spoke with had no compassion, whatsoever, to my dilema.

I live on a fixed income and work only 10 hours a week. Now that this $78.41 has been taken out my Checking Acct. my rent check will bounce and I will have additional charges from the bank.

These are unacceptable business practices. Very deceptive and extremely unfair. Especially when I've mailed the product back.

This is causing such stress.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a free trial of Ivory white tooth whitening system and gave these folks my debit card number to pay the $1 shipping fee and they ripped me off! First, they sent me a complete system when I did not ask for it. Second, they later debited my bank account for $78.41 for that unauthorized charge.

When I contacted customer service about returning the product they said I needed a RA # to be written on the side of the box and if anything was damaged I would only get $45 back. I paid my own shipping costs rather than let them bill me $19. I also filed a dispute claim with my bank for he unauthorized charge of $78.41. To make a long story short...Ivory white now says I can't get any refund because I filed dispute charges and the bank said there is noting they can do because this is something I did.

scam
I ordered a sample of this product which was to cost only $5 shipping and handling. I received two boxes, one the 14-day trial and the other was for a full month. I was not expecting anything more than the 14-day trial shipment. I didn't get a chance to try the product as I had surgery and wasn't able to use it. When I reeived my credit card bill I saw a $78.41 charge. I called the credit card company and was told I needed to contact the company first. Spoke to a representative from the company that said effectively "so sad-to bad". I could send the product back for a refund or I could just keep it and they would refund $45.00 to my account and not send any more automatic shipments. Because I am still not allowed to drive, I took the easy way out, also the expensive way, and opted for the $45.00 credit. BEWARE of companies that offer "free trials". Before you try any of them, be sure to google the company and see if there are any complaints against them. I have learned an expensive lesson.
