I ordered the trial system of Ivory White teeth whitening . They are one of the sponsors of Publisher's Clearinghouse website. I thought that I was getting only the trial system, when I received the package it contained both the trial packet and the regular packet! I thought that a little odd but I thought I would send them both back if I didn't Like them. I received the packet on the 24th of April. I thought that I had 8 days from the time I received it to call and cancel. on the 28th of April they had already taken the money out of my account. I called and they said no it was 8 days from the time I ordered. I haven't even tried the stuff yet. I told them I would send the product back but they told me it didn't matter they would not refund my money! I just don't want anyone else to get taken like I did. Make sure you read the fine print! $78.41 is a lot of money for me and I am sure it is to a lot of people!

i ordered the ivory white free trial and they just took out money out of my account without permission it was a scam but did not know it at the time.My name is Garland Peoples.

I signed up for the free trial with Ivory White. They sent me the trial product and a box of the complete product. I emailed a cancellation request to them and stated that I was returning their product and did not want my account charged for that or any future shipments. I got an automated reply that I'd hear back from them in 1 day. I didn't hear anything a day later, so I sent another email to them requesting no charges to my account and to cancel, even forwarded a copy of the first email I sent.
Then 3-4 days later, I finally got a confirmation that my account was cancelled and I would not be billed for the shipment. The product was returned in time, and I later called to verify they received my return. The representative answered and they received it at the warehouse, but without an RMA number, my refund could not be processed. The confirmation email they sent did not state anything about an RMA number and I couldnt find it on their website. I argued with her, and even talked with the supervisor. They kept saying their was nothing that could be done about me getting my money back.
