i like many others have been scammed by this company. the company retrieved funds from my acct without authorization. they claimed i signed a terms and agreement which i have requesting a copy by emial buy was refused that service. did anyone other than me discover no one at this company seems real. The CSR anaswers by customer service not ivory brite, no CSR or supervisor will give us their last name, location, and flat out refuses to allow you to speak with a supervisor. i spent a hour on the phone debating with several scamming CSRs SOMETHING LEGAL MUST BE DONE ABOUT THESE SCAMMERS!!! im totally disgusted!!

I ordered a sample for only $4.99, a few weeks later the company took $ 88.97 out of my checking account without my authorization I believe they are operating a scam, when a called (twice) a woman tolded me it was in a small print that I had an obligation to buy the product! I got very mad and they said they will refund only 60$!!! I am forwarding all information to the FBI and the attorneys generals office in California, this is a scam!!!

this company is the worst i have ran into. they just take your money. i haven't even receive the product which is suppose to be for $4.99, they already taken $88.97 from my account. This is what makes shopping on the internet so un attractive. I want all my money back, time is hard right now. I command you to return my money in the name of JESUS. There is a GOD, when I call on him he answers.

I did not authorized to be billed on a monthly basis for the little tube of paste that I received. I am requesting my refund and more to be billed to my credit card. This is a scam.

IvoryBrite and AxisWellness and Max White deducted money from my account without my permission for products I didn't request. No one seems to have any luck with a refund; the rep said to send an email but that seems doubtful. I'll try going to my bank to see if they can reverse the charges. Even though I've cancelled my membership, I'm afraid they will continue to deduct until they get caught. I'll have to check my account daily and when the charges are pending, get my back to reverse for sure.
