5 packages delivered
When I ordered this sample I thought it would be one shipment for the cost of delivery. I believed what I saw in the large print and trusted that is what would happen. I suffer from depression and have been without a job for over a year due to my condition. I have problems with focusing and concentrating (Which is why I did not focus on what the terms actually said.) I am no longer even on unemployment. Those three charges are the end of the money I saved. I am asking that you please return the money for the additional products sent, I will gladly return the product. I am also giving permission to speak with Dr Sandhe at: Winn Way Mental Health Clinic, 445 Winn Way in Decatur Georgia, 30030, (404 )508-7700 to confirm my condition. I am also willling to provide a statement from our unemployment office to prove my finacial status. * Please take everything into consideration. I really need the money to live. DID NOT ORDER THIS! WANT REFUND FROM LAST 2 MONTHS CHARGES OF 9.99 EACH!
I just noticed a charge of $9.99 on my credit card account. I called the number and I still had no idea who the he** this was. I never ordered nor received anything from you!!! I was told I have already been charged $9.99 twice for the last 2 months. I want these charges refunded immediately!

cancelled but still got billed and sent more product
I cancelled by phone the same day I ordered. I still got billed and still rec'd product . When I got home after vacation I had two product packages. I called to say that I had already cancelled, but they had no record of it, and said I had to cancel online. I'm sending the 2 packages back unopened and asking for cancellation of my order and refund on my credit card for the 2 packages of product.

SCAM, PREDATORY INTERNET SCAM
To whom it may concern
I sent a way for some samples, which is all that I thought or believed I was
asking for and now I am being billed for products I did not order nor do I
want. Below is a list of charges that I have been billed, the only
authorized charges were for the samples on 6-18-09. The other charges were
not authorized and product was sent back to sender. Please issue a refund in
the amount of $360.77.
I really feel that your company has taken advantage of me with this
deceptive trade practice. I have also written to the Miami Herald which is
where I got your advertisement from.

excessive price and monthly mailing
I have tried this product and do not wish to receive monthly mailings at a much too expensive rate. I have not opened the 5/22 billing product and have been billed for and not received the product billed on 6/21.
I moved from Texas to Michigan the latter part of May so all product has been forwarded. In addition, I have gotten married, so I have been extremely busy with the move and the marriage and this had to go on the back burner.
I am requesting a refund for both months and will returned the unopened 2 packages. I have yet to receive the package billed on 6/21.
I also will be regestering a complaint with Mastercard and will be refusing to pay this portion of my bill.
You, in NO way, made it clear, originally, that the return policy was so narrow. Shame on you for misleading the public.
Please send me the RMA asap, so that I can return the product for credit.

Unauthorized billing
When I called to get an RMA# - the customer service guy was very polite & then sent me a confirmation via email for returning the UNAUTHORIZED SHIPMENT & THE CHARGE TO MY CC.
They make it so easy to sign up for the FREE TRIAL - at this time I even want to return the FREE TRIAL because it is a SCAM.

Not notified of 15 day cancellation time
I initially ordered Ivory Brites from a pop-up on my internet service. I thought well I don't have anything to lose...a trial for $4.99 sounded reasonable. Well they don't tell you that you must cancel the order within 15 days or your credit card will be charged $88.00 for an additional supply. I contacted the company and did get to talk to a live person by the name of Betty, who proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that I was charged because I didn't read the privacy policy. She said my request to cancel would be honored and I would receive an e-mail confirmation. This is a scam and they know it, because look how many people don't read the fine print. They are taking advantage of millions of Americans.
