On May 15, 2009, I authorized a one time charge of 4.99 for a trial offer from ivorybrites. In addition to the money provided for the trial offer, ivorybrites has charged my account an additional 9.99 and 88.97. In order to discuss these unauthorized charges, I had to email [email protected] and dispute. I sent an email to [email protected] telling them that I did not authorize the additional charges and I did not want their product. They never responded to that email. On June 3, 2009, I forwarded my email to them again and asked for a confirmation that they received the email. Still no response from ivorybrites. I am going to dispute the charges through my bank. I have had to cancel the card that was being charged. I telephoned ivorybrites at 1-888-279-0604 on June 23 asking how I could get my money back. The customer service rep told me that I would have to send an email to [email protected]. I told him that I had done this twice and he said they must have not received my email and to try again. He couldn't help me at all.

I ordered a trial product and refused your other offers and yet your company withdrew cash from my bank account. Even after I sent a complaint and asked for a refund you still sent a product which I refused and returned. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and informed them of your practices. If you would kindly return the money you withdrew from my bank I would be eternally grateful and please don't send anything else to my house.

Being unable to acquire information on your website I phoned the support team at 1-888-279-0604 and was assured that my cancellation would become effective so long as I e-mailed the request. This I am now doing in the hopes that my bank account does not show a debit of $88.97 every 30 days. I have absolutely no inerest in this product, nor do I wish to receive further shipments.

I signed up for a $5.00 teeth whitener that popped up on my computer. Then I signed up for one more teeth whitener for another $5.00. THAT WAS IT. I now owe my bank $166 for insufficient fund fees, and the $88.97, and two other bizarre charges for $3.99 and $9.99. I reported this matter to the fraud unit at my bank. They have special investigative services who deal specifically with this kind of thing. Also, when I e-mailed the company, as is required, I got a condescending response from someone named Tom Slokum basically telling me "No refund." Get this: You are not allowed to speak directly to the billing department. Even the support staff do not talk to the billing department. They have to e-mail them. It's too bad, because the support staff at 1-888-279-0604 is very nice. They have to take the heat for the bull---- this company is spewing.
Well, good luck fellow rip-offees. Do not give up trying to get your money back. Go through your credit card companies, go through your bank, and harrass these people until they cave.
