I ordered a free trial from Ivory Brites and declined their offers for everything else, now I've been hit with charges for products that I didn't order from companies I know nothing about. I called the number that was attached to the billing charge on the bank statement. I was asked for a shipping number and various other info that I didn't have since I never ordered their products. The call was on some type of recording system that played back everything you said so talking was made quite difficult. MyWhittening was the name attached to the charge from my accounts, she said her product was MaxWhite and they weren't with that company. She said that she could stop my orders and maybe get me a$20 refund. I was charged $80.50, she said only $78 and some change but the money would some back in monthly installments. Why, I asked and who could I get in touch with about a full refund? I was given one of the addresses that led me to this site. I thought your company had nothing to do with the other companies I said, that when she had such a difficult time understanding me over the telephone. I copied an address from another complaint for the BBB and tried to add my voice to the growing number of dissatisfied victims of these people. So far $88.97, $80.50 and $9.99 has been taken and I'd have never noticed if it wasn't for the $9.99. Thats what made me look closer to all of the charges. I have no idea if this will get my money refunded but I'm going to keep trying until I get it all back.

I put you on notice that I have insubscribed from your fraudulant scam and wish to no longer receive your product...Also I demand the return of the $88.97 you withdrew from my credit card. If this is not done within 30 days I will...I will report you to the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general's office...thank you. Paulie Tietz...Hillsboro, Or.

Recieved a sample product for $4.99, and never authorized additional purchase, and was billed $88.97 on my credit card.

I ask for a cancellation on order of ivorybrites product and for an address to send product back to them unopen and unused so that i could get credit back to my cerdit card i receive a cancellation letter in my email but no RMA number or shipping address please help me

Unauthorized Charges to my visa card for product I did not order or receive. Need to have credit for $88.97 and a cancellation of whatever it is they have placed me on.
