did not authrozide the use of my credit card after the 4.99 did not recive nothing but sample

would u return my 88.97 bacause its going to make my dad account over draft.i did not say i was going to keep it .i been stop this from coming out my dad account if u want me to send the clark howard to bust ur ass i will contact them about whats going on at this company . so please give my dad back his money.

ordered the free trial..didnt even have time to open it or use it before I noticed 88.97 being taken out of my account. Then on top of it there was a charge of 9.99 from an axiswellnessportal.com. ???? Had no idea what that was either. Checked on ivorybrites for way to cancel or whatever and found the axiswellnessportal.com info on their site. Says something about giving you access to a website or something?? So I tried to go there and log on and it basically wont let you log on unless you are a member which I figured I was since they charged me for it! But I could not log on and it did not give you an option to register or get any lost password or id info so I couldnt go on there and cancel or anything. When I tried to follow the cancel instructions from ivorybrites and put in my name and email it told me they couldnt find me. How can they charge me and then not be able to find me? Obviously they found me long enough to use my credit card!! Luckily my bank is a small town bank who cares about its members and is reversing these charges and issuing a new card to me so they cant charge me anything else.
