I rec'd an email confirmation notice from IvoryBrites on June 3, 2009. However, they still charged my credit card $88.97 on June 18, 2009. I still have not rec'd a reimbursement for previous charges even though I returned two shipments of their product unopened--returned to sender.

I listed for their "free trial" online and I was told to ppay only the shipping and handling. I have not even opened their first "free trial" kit and they, again, sent me another one. I was shocked when I received my credit card billing statement because not only did they charged me twice with the same amount of $88.97 (on May 29 & June 26, 2009) but they also have additional charges of $9.99 (also twice charged from my account also on the same dates) which according to my credit card account dispute center was under the name AxisWellnessPortal but still is connected to Ivory Brites Whitening. I tried to complain and they told me to email their billing department at [email protected]. Needless to say, my letter didn't go through. I'm done calling them that is why I'm elevating my complains to you. All in all, they have charged by credit card of $197.92.

I hope to get my money back through your help and I wish these people will stop taking advantage of poor people like me who work so hard to earn our salary onlly to be cheated by people like them.
