On 05/02/09 I ordered a free trial kit from them for $3.99 Plus $1.00 shipping. Total of $4.99 dollars. I did not read all of their terms and conditions. I did not suspect I was about to be ripped off. I have called them to cancel the membership according of their 15 days allotted period; that on 05/05/2009, I have emailed them, but with failure email returned, and phoned them to cancel the membership. I am not aware that I was totally ripped off, on 05/17/09 they charged subsequently into my credit card account number 4465-4201-7238-3358 without my consent for an additional amount of $88.97. Meanwhile, on the same day of 05/17/209, they also charged my credit card of $9.99 for a membership to "Axis Wellness Portal", that I had no knowledge of. I was so upset and contact their customer phone number above 1-888-279-0604; the customer services representative told me to write a canceling note online to their Internet- Suppport -Center, email address at: [email protected]; but their is no such a web page online. I am unable to contact any of their services for requesting the refund back into the original method that was charged into my credit card account. I don't think that I have such a big money of $88.76 and another $9.99 to spend for this kind of scam business especially in our economical downturn recession time.
It is all over the internet that they are scamming people. This is not right. What can be done? Can you help me get my money back?
Evidently, I was supposed to cancel that as well. Please help me?
I swear, I will never buy anything on the internet ever again! I'm so disgusted with these scams.
