Just like many others, I signed up for the 20-day free trial. On 1/6/2009 I paid the S&H and was shipped the sample. On 1/24/2009 I emailed Customer Support (like the website suggested) to cancel my membership. On 1/27/2009 (3 days later) I recieve an email stating that I didn't cancel my "free" membership in time so I was billed for the $88.97. I then requested a RMA code to return the 30-day supply that was shipped to me that day. The company denied me a code, stating that I didn't cancel my membership in time. Regardless of the membership... they offer Satisfaction Guarantee at anytime of your membership. Simply obtain the RMA code, return the product and recieve a full refund. Which they DO NOT HONOR!!!
I have turned IvorySmiles into the Better Business Bureau with my complaint and I suggest everyone else do the same.
