The IvoryWhite company is a bunch a thiefs and liars! I never even ordered or heard of ivorywhite until i randomly recieved a "free trial" sample in the mail. I was doing some online survays at the time and thought it must have been some perk for doing them. I never even tried using the product because my teeth dont need any whitening(so why would i even order it?!?). Two months later i was going through my online bank statement and saw a charge for 84 dollars and some change with the company name Ivorywhite for the charge, my first thought was, that free thing i got in the mail two months ago? So i looked back farther on my bank statment found two other charges one for $1.03 and one for $78.41 so in total i have been charge $163.44 .I tried to call but it was the first of july on the friday right before 4th of july weekend no one answered and i had to wait to call until today when the offices opened back up. When i finally got someone on the line it was a very rude representative named Chris who did not listen to one word i had to say and just kept going on and on and on about 8 day cancel policy and how i sighned up for it and it was my own fault for not canceling and when i asked him how could i cancel something i had no idea i was even enrolled in? He told me that i had and i must not remember, well im pretty stinking sure i would remember putting my address my phone number and my account information for an online order! When i told him i wanted all my money refunded he told me if i send back the last package which i have not recieved and dont want he would refund only the last charge for $78.41 but he also told me i would have to pay the six dollar shipping to send it back!He also mentioned if the package(that i dont even have yet or want) was damaged in any way there would be no refund! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I asked to speak to someone who could help me if he would not, he told me that his superviser was not available and that no one was available higher then him to help and that all the supervisers in the whole company were in a meeting and would not availble for two more hours but he would put me on a call back list...Well im still waiting for that call back and while i was waiting i put a complaint in with the BBB and started researching the company and what i found was astonishing! apparently there are thousands and thousands of complaints worldwide and they have done the same thing to countless people! Shame on them! I will do anything and everything in my power to make sure they pay for what they have done and are still doing to scam people! I have no idea how they got my personal information im sure it was through some illegal means. They will be hearing from my lawyer on counts of illegaly obtaining my personal information and stealing money from personal checking account.
I already called my bank and reported the fraud and they found fishy stuff almost immediately.

I got ivorywhite in the mail and did not order

i gave them my credit card number for a one doller charge they took 70 dollers out of my account on the internet what a scam

i order the system but never got it in the mail so i called them when i seen the charge to cancel because i never got it .The customer service lady told me that the post office never delivered it because they had the wrong address . So i told them i wanted to cancel & get my refund back.She told me that i didn't cancel within the 7 days so they thought it was ok to charge me 79.81 she said i will cancel you but you won't get a refund and hung up on me that was on 8/11/10 then on 8/13/10 i was charged again 19.95 out of my accout i will fight this because i didn't get anything & was charged 2x's ljlfores

I signed up for a "trial" of Ivorywhite tooth whitening system for $1.00. The following week they took $78.41 out of my account whithout my authorization. I am in process of canceling what ever it is they have me signed up for, but so far I have not had any luck. This company is ripping people off. Do not give them any money, not even the $1.00 for the trial, they will keep deducting money from your card!!
