This company hooked me up to an automatic monthly club shipment without my permission and charged me 78.oo dollars on my credit card without my permission. I liked the product, but only agreed to try a free sample. The free sample came with another unmarked box. I opened the box but did not use the product inside. I called the company and they told me that I had ten days to return the product. I never received any instructions as such. The box came with no billing slip or instructions on how to return the product or to whom. Good businesses usually give you at least a billing slip for returns. I then saw the 78.00 fee on my credit card statement. Ivorywhite refused to refund my money in full because it was past ten days and they charged me a re-stocking fee of 35.00. I complained to my credit card company and they reversed the charge. I shipped the product back to Ivorywhite and they informed me that it was damaged and that they would not refund any of my money. This was a lie as I sent it first class mail and never had any problems with the post office. This company is very shady in their dealings and try to scam you into a monthly charge without your permission. I would like to warn anyone out there who wants to "try" this product "free of charge" to be careful as it is hardly free of charge.

I too feel I was duped by Ivorywhite when I thought I was only ordering a trial pack of their product, however after receiving my credit card statement I was charged 78.41 and did not know I was sent a complete package. I also was told I could not return the product, but I will be sending it back for a full refund.
