Scam
Lowes pop up you have won $1, 000.00 gift card try one of these products agreed to try ivory white for $1.00 thay send you the sample and the $78.41 $1.00 was charged to my account wk. later thay charged $78.41 called them thay have so many complants you can just hit one on your phone to cancell got to talk to a person she said i was screwed did not send back in 8 days thay wait 5 days to ship the free trial thay need to be in hell

Fraud alert
Signed up for a free trial of Ivory White, received it on the 8th day after sign up, called next morning to cancel and they said ok canceled, noticed they charged me 78.41 in on my visa, called them and they informed me I only had 8 days to cancel from the time shipped, I explained it just came the night before, I called the next day, because it was the 9th day, they would not refund my money. I got very upset and they offered to only charge me 45.00 for 2 teethe whitening trays, told them this is still unaceptable, how can I try a product if I don't get it in the trial period. They then agreed to give me 60.00 back of my 78.41 + shipping to and back to them. I explained that is a start but not acceptable and I will do everything I can to stop them from scamming people like this. It does not take 8 days to get mail from CO to CA. If they really are offering a free trial, shouldn't they give you at least 1 day to try it?

Said to me that I agreed to sign up for their monthly program of 78.00 when all I agreed on is I wanted their one dollar sample. They took my money and over drew my account. They also lied and said they sent e-mails and I could not find one e-mail on them.

I did an online survey, demanding that I choose 2 risk free trials. One risk free trial was fine, but Ivory White just shipped me product at my expense (almost $80). Called the number on the box which directed me to ez cancel online. I did cancel and they wrote that I could keep the product they shipped and they would cancel my membership. How generous to let me keep the product they charged me for. Maybe I can sell it on ebay.

I put the wrong state on my last complaint and I wanted to set the record right. I've called since I won't the last statement and they still are taking my money 78.00. They are still wrong about the postal service. I've never had any problems before like I said.
