No value for outrageous fee

I am filing a compliant against Ivy Capital Inc, a underground cash secrets coaching company who tries to charge their customers as much money as possible to start an small online business. In June 2009, I got a phone call from a stranger using the name of an internet marketer I am familiar with. He asked me if I am an action taker, and i said yes. (He didn't mention anything about his company in the beginning). Then he said he was looking for action takers and asked me to list ten goals that I have, so I did. And he gradually moved on to say that he is able to help people just like me to start a lucrative online business. He was very aggressive and he pushed me into a corner. Then, he asked about my credit card information, like how much available credit that I have on my two credit cards. I got very confused by them and just followed what he said. He then said he wanted to consult with his senior manager about my eligibility to a free program that they are offering. Of course, he said yes. They promised that I would receive free coaching in return for a killer testimonial. Then they told me there are 3 levels of service I could get - conveniently based on my available credit for both credit cards. I refused then they came up with a lower category of $6, 880. I got really confused and they pushed really hard for me to agree - and I did.

And the things, since they charged all the available credit on two of my credit cards, I am not able to use my card for other necessary purchases. This whole thing already stressed out me out. I totally feel robbed and scammed. I've had to go for major knee surgery and scarcely have enough credit to pursue the needed physical therapy.

I would really love to get a refund. I don't wish to be involve in this company's business anymore. And I hope you can help me with this. Thank you very much.

Scam

After listening to the typical, write down a bunch of financial goals that you hope to attain, answer their multiple questions with a yes all the way up until they ask for $ 10K, $12K, or $ 14K, I was smart enough to say no, I would like to research the company. Once I said that the guy said..."so how much money have you made on the internet? ...I thought so, " and then hung up. This only verified my decision to keep from being scammed by these amateur jerks. How could a legitimate business ever say that to a potential customer, unless he saw that the person that he was trying to sucker was able to see through it? Now I am off to let as many people as I can know what a scam this deal is...This idiot was even proud of their C+ rating by the BBB. With a string of the very same type of complaints. Which all revolved around them failing to do what they promised, making unauthorized charges to credit cards, giving no or very different service from what was promised.
