My wife and I got into their talk of using other peoples money, to start a home business that they would guarantee to pay off your debt and the credit cards in 6 months. We signed up for the $10, 880 package. I then did a search of the internet using Copernic and when I placed the name of the company in the search address and hit enter, I received at least 100 complaints issued to the company. We tried to talk to someone to cancel the program and charges, but to no avail. We left a call back with a request for cancellation by the Friday, after the Wednesday that we had signed up. Three months later, we are still fighting the charge that was then placed on a new credit card that was not even given to the company to use. In other words, we canceled and shredded the original credit card that we had used, and then the credit card company forwarded the charges to our new credit card, which we never received the number for, until 3 weeks after the original charge and cancellation. We did file fraud charges, but was told this week that they Ivy Capital had the right to request the cost. We have had to return to our Bank a 6th time now, on this problem. We have sent some information to our state attorney general, but they are still checking things out.
