a sale rack had dicount price of $4.20 per item which happened to be shirts
a woman was loading the rack as I walked up to check for my size which is a 2x
the woman in the end turned out to be the manager
I chose 3 shirts
I picked out several other sale items in the store and then proceeded to check out
as I paid with a visa card and waited for my receipt I realized something wasn't right about the total
it took about 30 seconds to receive the receipt
I stepped back to examine the receipt. I noticed that 2 of the shirts were indeed $4.20 while one of them(same looking)(same rack) was double that amount.
I questioned the pricing and the manager was called, she said too bad, . you should of been paying attention to the price..
I told her there were 3 shirts off the same rack that was marked $4.20
she said too bad we aren't allowed to give refunds
My problem with this is I was not shown the price of the items by any convenient customer screen so I had no idea that although the shirt was on the same rack and looked the same as the other 2 that I picked and when I did notice the difference in price I was laughed at and told
"too bad"
I was robbed for $4.20 plus 8% sales tax
if the shirt was not suppose to be the same price then why did the manager herself allow the shirt to be put on this sale rack
