I cancelled my account over 2 years ago and just found out that iWin has been sneaking charges out of my bank account. They even obtained my new bank card # somehow when my old card expired!! When I tried to go online to resolve the issue, I learned that there is absolutely NO TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE offered at all to customers. The supposed "ONLINE SUPPORT CENTER" is inoperative. It is missing a button to submit concerns. Therefore, there is no means for consumers to contact managers to dispute unfair charges or request refunds. Below this message, I've posted some screen shots to show the truth of my claims.
I posted my concerns on the iWin forum because there was no other way for me to express my concerns on the site. The iWin site managers deleted my posts and "fixed it" so that I could no longer post on the forum. However, they DID NOT FIX the online "support center" (help desk.) Nor did anyone send me a message to extend any support or try to help me resolve this issue. For this reason, it appears as if the iWin company stole over $120 from me. It would be in the best interest of the iWin to resolve this matter immediately and provide a full refund lest I should I have to contact the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and On-Your-Side News Stations to inform the public of this abuse.
