On 9/9/08 @11:15AM I called 1-866-440-1533 in response to five illigal credt card charges on my account. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Brad. Brad assured me that the orders charged to my credit card would be cancelled and credited back to my credit card.

The following charges totalling $271.91 were referenced:
6/18/08 $1.00
6/18/08 $4.99
7/6/08 $88.97
8/5/08 $88.97
9/4/08 $88.97

I made a copy of the packaging of some sort of oral hygeine stuff that was sent to me and filled out "return to sender" and mailed it back to the company "Advanced Bright".

11/25/08 @12:10 I called 1-866-440-7533 and spoke with Bill Thomas. I called and asked to speak with Brad. Bill said that no one worked there by that name. Bill offered to help me. I explained to him all of the above and he advised me that I would need to send an e-mail with the following information:
Name: Glenn Savage
Zip Code: 95403
Refund Amount: $271.91

I expect that action will be taken immediately regarding the above matter.
