I paid 700 for their service in 5-08. The agreement was to help lower my credit card interest. Only 2 of my 4 credit cards would lower my interest rates. I was also told that this service was on going and that we would contact the credit card companies again later to try to lower my interest rate. When i tried to contact them to try to do this their number is out of service.
