Ecommerce have 2 webhositng website which are ixwebhosting and hostexellence.Their provide very competitive price for their hosting package which include free dedicated IP address.But their are fail to provide any aspect.After i have meet more ixwebhosting ex-client, then i know their was too many thing and maybe crime did by ixwebhosting.

The following is just my experience with ixwebhosting.

First, IXWebhosting do not support many script which include phplinkdirectory, price comparison, affilstore and others.

Second, IXwebhosting is not allow some heavy sql query:
Select A, B from C;

Third, IXWebhosting not backup your files.I and most of the ixwebhosting client have been hacked at February 2009.My file all lost or deleted through FTP.I have request to restore the backup files but their fail to restore.So, i think their must be not backup any file even their claim their got backup once at one weeks.Their said i should be frequently backup my files.The problem how many frequently to backup my files?My data change every minutes.

Fourth, Their will direct blocks or suspend your website without any notice.Then, your data will lost 100%.You will not allow take back your data.

Fifth, Don't buy domain name at ixwebhosting because it was expensive.

Sixth, Their always down at every day.I use webhosting monitor and detected down every day which at least 20 minutes.So, i was believe it was 60% downtime by ixwebhosting which is not 99.5% as claim.

Seventh, Their support for live chat is take up to 20 minutes for respond.And, their ticket support is take up 24 hours to responed.How about call support?It take more than 10 minute to respond.

Eigth, Their claim have suspended your account and also deleted your data as well.You will not allow take back data after suspended.So, how your know that your data have been 100% deleted?

If your are victim of ixwebhosting, you should sue them immediately.
