i ordered lighters on 3-3-11, site said they would arrive in 3-5 d. on 3-19, begain daily phone calls and emails---no response. i then googled their address- the 1436 e borchard av, santa ana, ca address and the phone number are the same for izipppolighters, iflasks, imensgifts and other sites. even their web site design is the same and found at least 4 other complaints that were same as mine on internet (attached)
