Attempted to cancel my service with Castle rock Security and was told that I needed to write them a letter 30 days before my contract cancelled. They told me that they had mailed me a letter out 60 days prior, but according to the card is was mailed out on 12/18/09 and my contract ended 1/30/09. In addition, they mailed the letter as certified and the post office did not inform me of the letter until 1/27/09 which, I hurried and called and got zero help from anyone. This company is a rip-off; I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and making my payments automatic so they always got their money. this company should be put out of business and the so called customer service including Debbie whom is a supervisor should look for jobs shoveling crap because that is all they are good for.
