West Bay apt [under J&L Management] is the worst rental apartments I have stayed at.

I stayed for 5 months and at the end of it they ask me to pay a ridiculously high amount of 600 USD!

I have ended up paying effectively 100 USD per month for my rent!

When I received the tiny returns of my deposit, they don't even leave a number to call back. The only number I have is from the property manager who is by the way as un-co-operative as any "Manager" can be.

I think they took a very high deposit and produced ridiculous bills to come up with so high charges. Its a rip-off and they are there to cheat consumers.

I strongly recommend NOT renting there or at any other of their properties in Costa Mesa.
