Don't let the people at this company fool you. They are thieves!!! Do not do business with them or you will regret it!!!

In early May 2009 a real estate agent refered the owner of J & O Enterprises located in Eustis, Florida to me as a very good painter. The agent gave me his phone number and I called and scheduled an appointment to meet with him at the house in order for him to give me a quote to paint it.

A friend told me the quote that the owner gave to me was reasonable and the fact that he kept calling and bothering me to give him the opportunity to paint the house made me decided to give him the job.
BIG MISTAKE!!! The walls were off-white and the tenant managed to get them so dirty that some areas were black. Any professional painter who knows about painting and takes pride in his work would know what to do to make the walls look professionally done after painting them.

Well, this painter has no clue as to what it takes to paint walls and make them look professionally done. As a matter of fact, he did not paint the inside of the front entrance door and the garage. When I asked him why he did not paint them he said, "I did not know that I was suppose to paint them" How dumb can you be???? He is the one who wrote in the contract and included that he would paint the doors yet, he told me that he did not know he was suppose to paint them.

I have paid him $1, 800.00 to do the painting and the walls are still black. He did not prime the walls and he only used one coat of paint instead of two coats on the walls.

I have left he and his partner several voice mail and sent e-mail over and over again and they have not responded to me. Except, for one email after I had threatened to report him to the Better Business Bureau; he mentioned that he will negotaite with me the cost of repainting the house.

Today is July 21st 2009 and the owner and co-owner have done nothing to rectify the situation and they are gone with my $1, 800.00. They have no respect for me as a customer or for the work that they do. Basically, all this company cares about is ripping people off. To them, it is all about taking people's money and not deliver what they have been paid for. I would not recommend a dog to use them to paint its kennel.
