A true scam artist
This company is ran by J.C. and his wife Lynn which both are nothing more than scam artists. The products they sell do nothing more than strip the water of ALL bacteria including the good, if you don't flush you're toilet for a week then you're water turns pink...WHY? Because the equipment stripped all of the essential bacteria needed within the water to fight all the bad airborne bacteria. You can do the same thing as that expensive r.s.o under you're sink with a water filter that comes installed in a double door fridge or even a filter that attaches to you're faucet (if it's not true then he shouldn't have a problem writing out and signing that he fully guarantees his machine to be superior to any you can buy at wallmart at literally 1/8 of the cost both product and monthly filter replacements. Not to mention the extremely high softener costs as well as the really, really high filter costs (which by the way if you don't pay him to change at 100.00 every 3 months then it voids you're warranty ) because he says that you are not an authorized hague dealer and do not no how to install a filter (but you can screw a lightbulb in right? same thing. as well as the machine not living very long after the warranty (if you even do have the money for the filters) goes out anyway. He's part of the b.b.b. true but has changed his name 3 times as well as re-submitted thru them just so you don't see all the complaints, please go to the site and see where he's been a business since 1999 (he's actually been doing this rip-off for over 20 years) but has not registered clean with the b.b.b until 2008. This guy is literally a rodent and to drum up business he's even went door to door knocking just like a magazine salesman. They have had such problems with people threating to sue so much that they have a lawyer on retainer and believe me DO NOT be a day late on you're payment or you're gonna see a late charge, different interest rate very, very hateful, harassing phone calls from lynn and a bevy of problems that unless you read the fine print on the phone book of paperwork that you sign (and know how to read as a lawyer would) then you're gonna get screwed. Also just to let you know that the 350.00 system that he bought to sell you (yes that's what it costs and no I'm not guessing that is really, really how much it costs), you will be able to literally buy a new saturn car once you pay it off, but don't lose hope he has a shed full of very, very old used systems (rainsoft, eco-water, etc, etc) that he will gladly sell you at a very reasonable 2500.00 to 3500.00 but did I fail to mention that those systems he pulled out of other peoples houses (after 5, 10 even 15 years of service) sold them a hague and is now selling you their junk. Now I bet you guys are thinking that he must have really ripped me off right? But unfortunately I regret to say that I worked for him for a considerable amount of time, so yes everything that is typed here today is the truth and alot of the times I was told that the unit would be lucky to last 6 months but to hook it up anyway (used equipment). I regret the amount of people that I unknowingly (until I learned 'the business' as J.C. said) ripped off in an attempt to make him rich.Even to the extent of doing a service call and lying to the customer by telling her that the problem was alot more serious (and costly) due to the fact of J.C. saying that the repair was not worth his time and since it was a slow day with no installs to do we needed to make some money, after questions from me to whether or not it was fraud what I was doing his response was: if they did not have money they could not have afforded the system so think of this as preventative maintennence before it has a problem (while he was laughing) and once he saw that I was seriously disturbed by his order to fraud the woman he said 'look if it's slow then you've got to do what you've got to do and if it was not for jobs like these on slow days then I would not need you to help (more or less threatening me with my job ) he then tried to console me by stating that things would get better once I was on my own (working for him) and these types of special jobs would be easier. An added note as well, if you go to homedepot of a co fair and see the 'register to win a car' giveaways then please don't sign it, it is a scam to get you're address and phone number so J.C. (or other companys ) can telemarket their water products, and yes I've done it (telemarket for him) as well as man a booth at the fair with a register to win a car giveaway. So please, please do yourself a favor and if this guy knocks on you're door then don't answer because he is NO GOOD thru and thru.
