We recently had to get forced into public sewer. We had a well but unfortunately, a new development was made for wealthy people only. J H Freed was contracted to do the job. They not only did not honor the contract but also, did not do any grading or emptying out the septic tank. They were quick enough to cash the check and get their money! We contacted them numerous times by phone and letters and not one response. We even talked to some of the workers and they insisted that we call the office which we did several times. We eventually had to do the grading our selves, which was a back breaker and they left our lawn a total disgrace.

I do not recommend them get somebody else to us unfortunate people who can't live by their well water and our privacy has been invaded.
