im contractor with the department of defence and im working overseas. i came to the united states in vacation so i was checking the website to find good hotel with complete room facilities (internet, frig, makrewave, iron) and also gym and swimming pool so the o'hare garden hotel in chicago was offering these services in the room so i decided to reserve a room and i booked online for 8 nights in this hotel, when i checked in, i got shocked with what i found, non of the services that where given in the website are exist in the hotel, so that is called litrary 'false advertisment' i stayed one night and next day i signed out and i went to the manager and copmlained and i asked then to refund for the next days that i already paid for . the manager told me it is unrefundable, but if i knew that there are no services that i mentioned in the room, i would never book a room, but i trusted the hotel website that offer all the services .when you check the rooms you will not find anything of these things that are mentioned in the website as available facilities in the room. this is called fraud too. please i need an answer as soon as possible and i need my money back, they can charge me just for the night that i stayed in.
