Yes, just like you saw, THE WORST CLENERS EVER!!! I can not be more clear than this.
Let me tell you my story. I just got married July 18 and was thinking that a dry cleaners will do a good job cleaning my wedding gown and my husband's outfit for the wedding. Well, I was wrong. I would've done it myself and safe my dress and my husband's shirt.
When I went to pick up my dress there was weird steins on the skirt of the dress and also on the bottom, it looks like they sweep the floor with it and then try to clean it. My dress was completely destroyed, and this is a Nicolle Miller Designer Dress. Also, my husband's white shirt had a yellowish stein in the back of the shirt.
When I talked told her that this was unacceptable, she told me that they were going to send both pieces back to clean. I waited 2 weeks for this to happen and when I went back to the cleaners the dress was in the same conditions or worst. I filled out a form at the cleaners and waited for them to call me back, they never did. Finally I talked to the "owner", and he stated that the shirt was not damaged, and that they do not refund any money on wedding dresses that wedding dresses get extremely damaged. Come on, I just wore the dress for 2 hours maximum and change on a different dress, I didn't even had dinner with the dress on. That is a lie.
Anyways, I will advice you not to take your clothes to this cleaners unless you want to get rid of them.
