It's been 4hrs
I totally agree with the mom and grandmother. This commercial was ridiculous to watch. There is enough on tv about sex we don't need it in a food commercial.. Due to lack of professional advertisement I will NOT support eating there in the future.

offensive commercial
As a Mother and Grandmother, I'm very offended by the recent commercial, "it's been four hours". It''s bad enough that we have to watch the commercial, for the real problem and medication, repeated over and over, any time of the day-a serious problem, not a joke, by the way-, so, using it to sell food is in extremely bad taste! The first time we saw it, my husband thought it was a cheesy, late nite ad, but, the next morning, there it was, again! When my grandchildren ask, "what are they talking about?", WHAT SHOULD I SAY? My first reaction was shock, not humor, and I will NEVER BE ABLE TO PASS A jACK IN THE bOX, MUCH LESS EAT THERE, WITHOUT REMEMBERING THAT TASTLESS, VULGAR, COMMERICAL! It's a sorry way to sell food, and I'm sure many more people feel the same way. I'm sure, like all the rest, you all think the shock factor is the way to get people's attention, but, THIS ONE HAS BOMBED!

Wrong Order
On Friday, Morning 10/1/10 I went to Jack in the box on the corner of Idaho and Whittier I ordered a breakfast burrito, I wanted egg, beacon and potato's. This young girl spoke clear english so I know she understood the order however, I needed to repeat the order at least five times. Not because I didn't speak clear english but because she was just being difficult to begin with. When I drove up she repeated the wrong order to me once again, of course I repeated my order for the sixth time. As she repeated the order to the cook she than grabbed the bagged order handed it to me and repeated the correct order to me and I drove to the parking area to check my order. It was no surprise of course she gave me the wrong order but to top it off it was what appeared to be an aged sausage, egg and ham order. Looks like she was keeping this one for a special occasion and I must have caught her on a off day. I walked into the establishment and spoke with the cook about the order, she cooked up my order in front of me and apologized, the girl who took my order wasn't around.

a long hair in my food
This is the second time that i've bought something from them that had hair in it and another time, they didn't make my order right, on top of the fact that the drive-through people are rude and all managment can say is "sorry". Do something about it if you value customer service.
I go to this jack in the box because it's the only place close to my job but their customer service is terrible and management is too. I called Jack in the Box corporate office on them. I pulled a long black hair out of my breakfast jack this morning and I called the manager and she had sorry but was very non-chalant about it. I decided to take a different route in the mornings and go to another Jack in the Box. It is out of the way from my job but I'm fed up with the staff there and messign up my orders! hair in food is totally unacceptable.

careless worker results in coffee scalding!
Today going through the drive thru, I was handed a large cup of hot coffee..the lady who was working failed to put the lid on correctly and the lid popped off as I reached out to take the coffee, spilling scalding hot coffee all over me. Not only did she not own up and apologize, but she didn't say a word or offer me anything to clean up with..my husband asked her "do you have napkins my wife can clean up with?!?" Without a word, she tossed me ONE small napkin..to clean up all that coffee that SHE WAS AT FAULT for the spilling of. A- She should have been more careful and made sure the lid was secured before handing it to me, B- She should have apologized and given me about 10 napkins! AND when it was all said and done she didn't give us napkins with our food OR straws for the rest of the drinks! This Jack in the Box worker was very rude and careless. I will NOT be returning.
PS. After a few hours, my hands are okay. Thanks.

Messing up everyone's orders
Everyone inside was upset that their food orders were wrong. As for me, I ordered a Big Texas Cheeseburger with cheese, pickles and mustard only. However, they brought me one with everything. I took it back then they just gave me a small plain burger. Also, 2 orders of fries were missing and I ordered 8 tacos with meat and cheese only, however they were filled with sauce and lettuce. Then I ordered a deluxe burger I ordered plain however they filled it with lettuce. Other people as well were going up to the counter to return their food.

Found a Penny in my shake!!
I bought a strawberry shake at jack and right when I was about to finish... I found a penny!! It was gross! I didn't initially see it cause they filled the shake with whipped cream above the rim. I'm never going to Jack in the box again... I puked right after my findings.

stupidity
This is a copy of what i wrote on their website >:(
i go to a local high school and we have 30 minutes for lunch so we decide to go somewhere fast and good right? the Jack-in-the-box was basically empty. My friends all order their food before me and i order a burrito thinking it would be one of the faster things to make, also looking at the digital register display thing to make sure the cashier got it right. Anyways, my friends get all their food and go wait in the car for me, i literally wait 20+ minutes for my burrito, when i finally decide to ask the cashier whats taking so long for my burrito he asks "what burrito? what are you talking about you only ordered a drink?" i say "i did not just pay almost $3 for a drink and i wouldn't be standing here just staring at you for nothing for the last 20 minutes" I storm out the restaurant royally pissed off not only cause; he wasted my time, apparently charged me almost $3 for a medium drink, and made me late for my next class at school. I will never go to a Jack-in-the-box EVER again in my life.

numerious complaints
My family and I stop to get something hot to eat after being on the beach & fishing all day.
We made our order and it seem to be taking a really long time for my food to be ready. However my sister ordered 2 tacos and my father ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. I ordered a turkey and cheddar cheese grilled sandwich #13 on the menu. my husband ordered a junior bacon cheese burger no ketchup. we were handed the drink cups went to get the drinks and the DR.Pepper, Root Beer, & Coke wqas out of order no sign placed to let people know that. The Tea was swapped around the unsweet was the sweet & the sweet was the unsweet. NOT COOL.My sister got her 2 tacos and had to give them back because she said they were so hard you could hardly bite into them. My father got his meal and only received 1 chicken sandwich when he ordered 2. She only charged him for 1. I received my food and got the hamberger and fries for my husband with ketchup mind you which we didn't want. And then I looked at my meal and all I had was some Chili cheese fries.
How the girl got chili cheese fries out of a turkey cheese grilled sandwich is beyond me. I have had bad experiences with Jack in the box before.
But just let it roll off my back and went on about my buisness.
But I can tell you this I will never step foot back into any Jack in the box again. That was the last time. One thing I dislike about fast food places is no matter what you ask for you can sure bet you will not get it.
This was at store # 3911. And we had to wipe our table down because there were none clean.

went to jack in the box ordered two burger deluxes - one tasted ok the other had two hairs in it one real long one shorter and tasted like soap - really grossed out at the moment - shame on you jack
