FOOD WAS NOT PROPERLY DONE
I visit jack in the box as usual. I went throug the drive thru the shift leader took my order.I ORDERED 3 jack spicy chiken sandwich with cheese nd 1 with extra cheese, an ultimate cheese burger, bacon potato wedges with extra bacon, #4 WICH IS A SOUWERDOUGH JACK combo mediem with curly fryes nd sprite, an extra order of curly mediun fryies, an a regular oreo shake my order # was 183. The custermer care wa fine, but time was exceded more than ten min.The team leader gave me a free chocolate shake and told me 2 park in the front.When the girl came 2 give me my order i just checked if everything was there.Once i get home my sowerdough jack didnt have any cheese, only one of my jack spicies had cheese, and the ultimate cheese didnt have cheese.I have been a custumer of Jack in the Box for yaers i know what the hamburger contain.My order came 2 be to almost 33 dollers.I had familly at home even thought my order wasnt correct they were hungry after thier long trip.It was an embarresedment.I steped outside to call the restarount.A young lady answered very nicely and lisened to me, but she couldnt really help me and handed the phone to the shift leader.I explaind my complain once more, He hesitaded.He told me i placed everything in the bag and made sure it was correct. I told him u checked my food befor it was wraped.He rudely answered oviiously.He told me he coulnt do anything and said that he even gave me a shake and im still complaning. I told him i will go and pay it what i want is my food the way it has to be.He said he couldnt help me.It was the rudest conversation i had ever had with a manager i usually dont complain, but i pay for what i want.THis insident happend on may 20, 2009 around 6:45.My name is Maria Mendoza and i would like the general manager to check his reatarount and make sure all the employees make the food the correct way.Jack in the Box has the best hamburger in my opinion but i think insidednt like these will make me and my family to go somewere else

Awful experience
Like about a week ago I got a shake, as the young man was taking the money from the car in front of my mustang. He was steering and grinning at my girl, he gave change still I noticed he wasn't focusing on his work but on my girl friend. So even as his handing out the order he was still steering at her, as I i am shocked that he has a stupid smurk on his face. I pulled over and talked to the manager and tried to explain the situation but immediately denied his actions, so I asked her so your covering up for him. She denied that to so I walked out furiously out the door and insulted. Description of employee young kid with braces Manager description not completely obese but over weight pony-tail, brown hair attitude Mexican I think with light skin.

Poor Service
Cruddy service, absolutely clueless manager, cars piled up in front of and on the sides of the restaurant waiting for their food. I was so disgusted at the long wait, I decided to just leave as they never took my order. Unfortunately, one of their employees had parked his/her car partially blocking the drive thru so I was forced to wait while the fat, stupid cow running the drive thru took 10 minutes to collect the money from the two cars ahead of me. And that's ALL she did, no one got any food. When I drove off, there were at least four cars waiting patiently for their food while blocking the driveway to get in or out..
I've visited this restaurant during the day and been satisfied with the service, so either they need to hire more people to work the late shift or hire people who know what they're doing. In this economy, there is no excuse for inept or uncaring employees. Give those jobs to someone who wants to work! I know the day manager of this place is a very competent lady and you can bet I am folowing this up with a written letter of complaint.

Poor Service
My grandson and I ordered our food from Jack around 11:50. I order their new mini Sirloins Burgers, and other orders for my grandson and wife. The bill came to $25.00 plus and when I asked Ashley, night manager what is the price for the 3 mini Sirloin Burgers she said oh I thought you ordered three orders of the three mini burgers. While ordering I noticed that you could hear that she had turned off her mike. So I was ordering and she was doing who knows what!
When I drove around to get the order she had part of it and no drink. I asked for the drink and she said I didn't order a drink. Ok! I can live with that but my grandson hear me order the drink. Since they only had my grandsons order she told me to wait around front for the second bag. So I drive around front and wait and wait and wait. One of the guys that works there looks out the front to see me waiting there. After twenty minutes, I walk around to the drive through window and ask where is my food. Ashley, said oh I thought you drove off without your food but we still have it.
Long story short, I told here I don't what cold food and she could keep it. I tried to call to speak to a real manager and found out she is the night manager. I explained how upset I was with her service and she told me she has been there 4 years and fills she is doing a good job. One excuse she had was that they was taking orders and taking care of people at the window. I told her to try and do one thing at a time and do it right.
This locations forgets to put the full order in the bags all the time but it is to much of a problem to go back and pick it up. I usually just consider it human error and I should double check their work any way. But, I am really upset tonight because they only had two or three cars go through while we waited and they just sat their looked out the window at my car and played stupid when I went to the window.
I have learned my lesson and that was my last time for the Jack in the Box on Ontario in Corona, CA

CUSTOMER SERVICE
I WENT TO THE LOCAL JACK IN THE BOX LIKE I ALWAYS DO (I LOVE JACK) I WENT THRU DRIVE THRU, I ORDERED A SUPREME CROSSAINT WITH NO EGG ADD LETUCE AND TOMATO. WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW THERE WAS A YOUG MAN AND YOUNG LADY, THE YOUNG MAN KEPT ASKING THE COOKS IF THE SAUSAGE CROISSANT WAS READY(I HATE SAUSAGE) WHEN IT WAS READY THE YOUNG LADY HANDED OVER TO ME AND I TOLD HER I ORDER A SUPREME CROISANT RIGHT NOT A SAUSAGE SHE GAVE ME A RUDE LOOK AND DIDNT ANSWER. THERE WAS ALOT CARS BEHIND AND I DIDN'T WANT TO HOLD UP THE LINE. SO I DECIDED TO PARK AND CHECK MY SANDWICH AND OF COURSE IT WAS A SAUSAGE CROISSANT. I GOT OFF MY CAR WENT TO THE FROM TOLD THE GUY I ORDER A SUPREME CROISSANT NOT A SAUSAGE HE SAID WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE? I TOLD HIM I DONT LIKE SAUSAGE I WANTED HAM AND BACON JUST LIKE CROISSANT HAS HE GAVE IT TO THE COOK BUT THEY KEPT QUESTIONING WHAT I WANTED I SAID I WANT A SUPREME CROISSANT JUST LIKE IT COME BUT DONT PUT EGG AND ADD LETUCE AND TOMATO THEY SEEMED CONFUSE(LIKE IT SO HARD RIGHT?) I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD MENTIONED IT TO THE YOUNG LADY BUT SHE IGNORED ME. SHE THEN GOT DEFENSIVE AND SAID WELL MAYBE YOU SHOULD OF SPOKEN LOUDER, I SAID EXCUSE ME SHE STARTED BEING RUDE AND I TOLD HER SHE SHOULD NOT BE TALKING TO ME THIS WAY IF HER JOB IS CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE THEN SAID I CAN TALK TO YOU ANY WAY I WANT AND WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT I SAID WELL OF COURSE FILE A COMPLAINT SHE SAID YOU THINK I CARE I STOOD QUITE DID NOT WANT TO CINTINUE THE CONVERSATION SHE THEN HANDED OVER MY SANDWHICH AND TOLD ME, WELL YOU MAKE SURE YOU FILE THAT COMPLAINT AND I SAID DON'T WORRRY VANESSA I WILL.
WHEN I GOT TO MY CAR MY SANWHICH WAS STILL DONE WRONG AND I JUST THREW IT AWAY AFTER WHAT HAPPEND I DIN'T TRUST EATING IT. I'M GONNA TRY TO FILE A COMPLAINT WHO KNOWS WHAT I WILL GET OUT OF IT I THOUGHT IT THEY WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. BUT I KNOW FOR SURE I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING TO THE SANTA PAULA JACK IN THE BOX I WILL JUST HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE NEXT TOWN.

Iced tea
My iced tea tasted like coffee. When I went in to complain to the girl at the cash register she said " another guy before you got tea and two refills and didn't comlain" What I assume was the manager came up and said they hadden;t put enough ice in my cup and it was too stromg. He filled a new cup and gave it to me and I left. After allowing the ice to melt some I tasted it and it was undrinkable. It was iced coffee. Yuck. That is not the first time this has happened. I will not go back.

hair in food
I stopped by after church and bought a chicken blt salad at the drive-thru.When I got home and removed the lid there was a gigantic long, curly black hair laying directly across the chicken breast.Disgusting.I threw the expensive salad away.I will not be going back, and I will be warning others about the unsanitary practices at this location.

Unsanitary
Jack in the Box JUST opened here and I couldn't be more excited...when I went in to order my food I noticed the assembly like with 4 people preparing food...what bothered me was all 4 people were not wearing gloves, one touch the meat, one the bun and the other the lettuce and tom and then at the end the person grabs the burger and wraps it...4 different people touch my food with there bare hands. When I spoke to the owner she agreed and ask if I would talk to her area manager in which I did. His response to not wearing gloves is that it it slows things down. I told him that I thought it was dirty while I witnessed one lady wiping her hands on her pants and preceeding to wrap food...he told me he makes sure they wash there hands. How can you make sure ALL your employees wash there hands when I clearly seen her wiping her hands and touching people's food? I am calling the health department and reporting them. I would rather wait an extra minute to get my food then 4 different people touching my food.

Rude Management
My son went with a friend to Jack in the box and they ordered a drink and curley fries. While they were eating the manager told them to get out of the store and never come back! When my son told me that when he got home, I questioned it because it did not sound right so I asked my son what happened and he said he didn't know. He said that he dropped a fry and bent down to pick it up and the manager started yelling at them to leave and not come back. My son said they had both asked the manager if he could at least tell them why and the manager just kept ignoring them. So I called the Jack and Box to try and find out what happened and I asked for a manager and it sounded like he tossed the phone down and just left it off the hook and no one ever came to the phone. It had been setting off the hook for aprox 15 minutes before my husband and I went down there to see what happened. I thought maybe they were too busy to come to the phone .When we got there, there was only one customerin the store. So we asked him about the incident and he said it was him and he threw them out because my sons friend was coughing in the store. So I told him he threw them out and told them to NEVER come back because he was coughing in the store? And he got real snippy and said "yes" and he also was spitting. I said where was he spitting? And he said, " Well he was coughing and spitting." Well I came to get the Genaral Managers number and store number and he walked off and started ignoring us off. The when we had to tell him again that we wanted information to the General Manager he yelled at us and told You'll get it when HE"S ready, and I said yea like when you just droopped the phone and left me hanging earlier which I did not appreciate. He started yelling, I did not do that I talked to you!!! I said no you didnt, maybe it was the other parent but it was not me! And he said Yes it was YOU! Then he walks off and disappears, and we waited for probably 5 minutes maybe longer waiting for him to come back with the number. I finally went out to my car to try and get some paper and a pen to write the number down and when I came back in my husband said he told him he called the cops on us. Okay so whatever, I came to get the general Managers number and the guy said heres the number and rudely points to a little pamplet that says a 1-800-Jack number. Then he says " You havent heard the last from me." and so we left and had to drive to Baycliff which is about 7 miles away just to get a number from the Baycliff store because the manager was so rude and uncooperative at the other one. So while I was waiting this morning for the 1800 number to even open, I found all the websites here of reviews. I was shocked at some of these reviews. I also found a corporate website and when I went in to file a complaint with it, it takes you through a form that gives all your private information and then gives you options to show what store it number it was and when you click on it it places the store location and number at the bottom of the complaint and it just redirects your complaint to the management of that store. That really worried me because the manager had already said, this is not the last time you hear from ME." This guy would of had all my information so now I am going to have to try and speak with a Corporate manager. I did speak with my son's friends mother about it later that evening and she said she had called and talked to the manager and the manager told her that they had done NOTHING Wrong but that he told her her son was coughing in the store. So when I got there he had a real attitude... A BAD ONE!!! Thats not a good thing especially since probably MORE than half of their business comes from kids across the street at the high School.

Poor Managment
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat, got home with food for the three of us...opened up my burger and although the sandwich had all it's fixin's...there was no meat...i drove back up to the store only to be asked why i took the meat off and brought the rest of the sandwich back?...which i responded with.." why WOULD i take the meat off period?..just give me my money back " ...after a heated debate on meat *if you can imagine*...i was finally given back my money...
