i complained about the fact that my son got sour milk in his meal, instead of offering a replacement they tried to charge me extra for orange juice. i accepted out of frustration and drove away. i got half way down the street when my son blurrted out that he found a piece of hair in his food, i looked at a piece of short thin black hair, while i was looking at it he (i dont know why...hes 12 yrs took another bite) took another bite and found another hair! i e mailed this co they never got back to me . i dont want ANYTHING fromthem i just want them to know whats going on in this establishment. once again Never responded. i will NEVER patrionize this establishment @ this location ever again.

Poor Service
Continous lack of service when ordering and not getting what you have ordered. Asking for something to be added to your meal, getting charged for it and not getting it. Also when you try to contact them on their website they give you a test at the end just like the one you have but you are never correct. Tried numerous attempts and finally gave up. I have surrendered trying to get good service from Jack in the Box. If someone from Jack in the Box would like to contact me I will be very happy to discuss this with them.

closure
I recently was returning home when I stopped in a Jack In the Box franchise that I usually stop. It was passed the opening time and I was told they were closed. After talking to a patron he told the new manager was scared to open because of the Louisiana people that may be evacuating from Hurricane Gustav. I waited a while and left hungry. I was not evacuating I was just going home after a Labor Day vacation. When I left I saw all their lazy asses sitting at on of the tables drinking coffee and reading the newspaper. The complaint will probably not go anywhere but I think the idiots need to know that they are hiring lazy assholes that don't do their jobs. By the way, it was after 6 am.

Terrible service
This Jack in the Box notoriously hires illegal aliens. Everyone in Cottonwood knows it, and has to make adjustments in their orders. Don't even TRY going thru the drive thru. You MUST ORDER IN SPANISH or you will NOT get your order . I have stood inside and gave my order to the girl they have running the ONLY register and told her, point blank, that I don't want ham or cheese and she has NO IDEA what I am talking about. The manager will come out if you are ordering anything that the girl can't point to on the menu, and then they are all pissed off about it too. You know you don't want to eat the food at that point. What I don't understand is that this is a town with plenty of college grads and teenagers, we don't lack for a work force, we have plenty of english speaking teenagers. The other fast-food and regular restaurants hire english speaking people. Why is this one "restaurant" insisting that I order my tacos or hamburgers "carne asada w/no cebellos" I think that's right anyways, since I didn't get onions last time. Why don't they insist their employees speak english instead of making us learn their language so we get our orders right?

piss poor service
I went into a Jack in the box drive thru one morning last week, the kid tryed to short me my change, when i asked for it, he told me not to get a F_____ing tude, the manager really did not care about it at all, so I guess its ok to try and steel from customers, by the way this was the second time this happened. The food was piss poor, and not really warm. We will not be going back, and I am letting everyone I know about this, I am even thinking about calling the local paper about this poor service.

customer care
While traveling I fell upon entering a Jack In The Box location. I have received nothing but the run around from the company regarding basic medical expenses. I have to complete medical treatment before they will consider my claim. I do not have the resources to pay for the medical tests that the doctor has ordered. The person handling this matter will not return my telephone calls.
It appears that the only way to get any help is to talk to an attorney. My is a simple request. My medical bills are under $100.00 at this point, but the company refuses to even talk about this matter.
If this is the way Jack In The Box treats their customers - maybe they should have fewer customers

Unsanitary food service!
9/12/07 Stopped at the so.Everett #8307 JIB for a supreme breakfast sandwich. A gal who had been cooking with gloves on, came to the register and waited on customers, handling money with gloves on, then turned and continued handling and serving food with the same gloves. Will not go there again if this is their normal practice.

Filthy conditions!
I was in JACK IN THE BOX in Coeur'd Alene Idaho 8 am although the place had recently been remodeled it was filthy the kind of filth consistent with laziness and neglect. Dried food splatters on the tables, black side walk coated with grease floor mat caked with food, even a used cloth hankercheif on the drink station. I got cold fries which in itself wasn't a big deal, but when I told the employee she put her hand on top of a huge pile of fries under a heatlamp, determined they were indeed cold and ordered more which was dumped on top of the cold ones. I asked for the manager's name, one employee didn't know what it was the second employee knew her name but when asked when she would be in, said "thats a good question" I called later was put off called again the manager was at the bank, I left my number for her to call back several hours passed with no return call so called back once and finally talked to her. When I told that it was first time that I never saw this type of filth at her restaurant before. She exclaimed "that the last manager was fired because of the sh** that he let happen". I asked for the number of her area manager she said "he's right here do you want to talk to him" as she was handing him the phone I heard her say "Do you want to talk to this du***ss". The conversation with guy went nowhere when he suggested that I did'nt know what I was talking about I apparently don't know the difference between busy dirt and lazy dirt. He told me that I shouldn't assume that the mess I saw was due to laziness which it obviously was at 8 am with no other customers but me and two other guests and the fact that the dried food was left over from the night before.
Later I sent e-mail to cooperation headquarters telling them that I had digital phone images of the filth that might get a lot of attention if I were to upload to the internet. This was quickly responded to with a threatening phone call from an apparent company lawyer who promptly PUT ME ON NOTICE he told me that he was going to contact the restaurant manager and the restaurant security manager to stop me if I show up with a camera again. I asked "They have a security manager but not a Clean the restaurant manager"? This only made him mad and he said "I've put you on notice and I'll leave it at that". the company seemed more interested in the video than correcting the problem.
