First of all I don't like to complain, my wife and me and my 2 grandchildren went to a Jack-in-the-box where we live in Yakima we had to stand at the counter to be waited on the employees kept looking over at us and we got no help for about 15 minutes, customers were waiting also to get their order taken, finally we got some service it took longer to get our food than it took to be waited on then they forgot some our order we had to wait for that.My Grandson had to use the restroom the door was lock with nobody in there we could'nt get any help with the key because nobody waited on us I was trying to get the attention of the employees but no help again my wife finally took him to the ladies room he was very embarresed, he is 9 years old, we do like to dine out at Jack-in-the box but after that episode we might have a second thought we we're hungry, sorry to complain Eddie Flowers ([email protected])
