I read on website where customer service won't respond, are rude, uncooperative. I paid extra for Priority shipping. I called to check on status. 1st time was rudely spoken to and hung up on. 3 times after I called, am disconnected and told to check status online. You can not email them to request status, because they don't have website.
Paid extra for shipping priority and they are not living up to. Website just says: "processing"
