I want mention the neighborhood we live in, but all of our kids play in the same park. A neighbor named Jacob Mullins always boasted to the highest degree that the cellular company he represented was far superior to any other. So we decided to give his new business venture at the Altamonte Mall a try. We walk in to the At&t mall store and explain Jacob Mullins had reffered us to inquire about a possible port of our cellular numbers. They explained to us that if we agree to accept new cellular #'s then we would recieve a much better discount on our phones. I explained we didnt want new #, s that we wanted to keep our same numbers that we walked in with. Well the price difference was a hundred dollars more to keep our same cellular #, so we decided not to keep our #, s that we have had for years just to save the $100 with money being tight we did not have much of a choice. After all this fiasco in the mall we get home and one of the phones you can not hear out of. We call jacob Mullins and leave him a voicemail explaining the situation, with no response we go to the AT&T store closest to our house. Guess what, the sale person explains this was not even a brand new phone that we had just purchased the sales person told us that this phone was a used phone and was out of date. We explained all the problems we had at the cellular express plus Altamonte store that Jacob Mullins was part owner of and we wished not to ever return their. He was kind enough to replace our phone with a NEW phone. Jacob I will be having a talk with you!!
