Jacque's Apparel makes custom horse show clothes. In Sept. of 2001 I purchesed a custom made showmanship jacket from Jacque. I paid $258 plus shipping. Soon after that my horse was injuried and I was unable to show. I pulled the jacket out for a show several months later. I then saw the it was poorly made, the seams didn't even line up. I contacted Jacque and asked her to fix it. I knew it was a year later and she had every right to say no. But she didn't. Instead she took the jacket back. Then after seeing it couldn't be fixed she said she would make me a new jacket. She then tells me the new jacket will cost $500.00. I told I couldn't pay that and I would like to have my money back. During this time she had my jacket on her web site for sale for $280.00!

After asking for my money back, she sent me an e-mail stating that she would give me $100 after the jacket sold. And if I didn't want to that, then to sue her!

Well it's now 2008! I have not received my jacket nor any of my money back. She got my $258 plus the jacket she made. I'm left with a huge distrust with dealing with any on-line business.

There is very little I can do, but hopeful others will read my story (yes this is the whole story) and not be taken by this woman.
