Not only is there a serious lack of communication with this company, but our services have gone down every 3 weeks religiously since they took over from amerihosting. In addition to that, they have not made any attempt to resolve the actual issues, but continuously put bandaids on the problem.
The server went down at 3 am and not a day and a half later, we have no idea what is going on, the only response we get is "Hello Bill,
We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our
admins are working on this issue and hope the issue will be fixed soon

After a day and a half, thats a pathetic response. Although I guess we should be lucky that we even have that. After all, it only took 6 hours to get that response from them.
We have worked with several companies for reselling web hosting services. This is by far the very worst company I have ever dealt with. Not just in web hosting, but as a company in general. They have the worst customer service, and they can't keep their own machines up and running.
We were even told at one point that we are responsible for updating the operating system on the machine that our services are hosted on.
These people have no idea what they are doing. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason ever.
We are stuck with them until our term is up, and then we are moving services in house. We are even currently speaking to an attorney about the lack of services provided.
