I made an appointment with Jady Images for my daughters 6 months pictures 3 weeks before. Both my husband and I took the day off to be able to take family pictures with the baby. An hour and a half before the appointment thay called me to reschedule with the excuse that my appointment was a tentative appointment and it was never confirmed. Mind you, I had spoken to them a week before my appointment to ask them what were the best colors for the family pictures. They said they had no photographers in the studio and could not take my pictures. What kind of studio are they that the photographers leave by 12 noon. I complaint and complaint letting them know we were ready to go and they didn't even take that into consideration. The photographer just said she was sorry, but I had to re-schedule. This was May 7th and they wanted to re-schedule my appointment for May 25th. They said sorry that's the next avaialble. These were suppose to be my daughter's 6 month pictures, not 7 months. Talk about horrible customer service. I ended up going to the photographer that did our wedding and he took awesome pictures.
Beware of jady images, especially if you get a coupon to use. They are not a customer oriented studio. I will never go there, nor recommend them to anyone.
