Several days ago my son's Runescape account was banned. Two days prior Jagex charged my credit card. My son had 32 credits (more than 1 month) when his account was banned. I contacted them for a refund since my son could no longer pay and they refused. However, they should refund my account, because they banned him before his previous month subscription was up. They took two more days "reviewing his account" before they told him they would not undo the ban. I have sent them several e-mails looking for a refund, but they refuse.
This is bad business. You cannot bill forward for a service and then not provide that service for whatever reason. If they want to ban his account then they should have provided a refund.
